Customer Service, Sales Support and Operational Liaison

Amenity Sales Team

We have a vacancy for a highly motivated, commercially astute individual to support the sales administration and marketing of our growing amenity brands.       

In addition to general administration, you will be responsible for maintaining communication with key own brand customers to ensure their expectations are met.   A close working relationship with Operations colleagues will be critical, to ensure stock levels are maintained and to identify and resolve any customer service issues.  As your brand knowledge grows, you will provide sales and technical support to customers, and assist with marketing.    A working knowledge of the Amenity seed range would be advantageous, but full product training will be provided as part of the induction process.

An excellent communicator, you will make best use of technology and show initiative to resolve problems.  The ability to work accurately under pressure and ensure deadlines are met is essential.
