Human Resources Assistant
This is a new and varied career development position, to enhance and expand HR support in the business.
In addition to routine HR admin, you will assist the HR Manager with designated projects and work alongside line managers on a range of staffing matters. This will include recruitment, induction, training & development, performance management, employee benefits and cover the whole employee lifecycle.
Working closely with colleagues in Finance and Health and Safety you will help deliver a responsive and timely HR service to the UK business.
Already a proficient administrator with strong IT skills, you will be ready to move to the next level in your HR career. Ideally part CIPD qualified, you will show initiative, be keen to learn and put your growing skills and knowledge into practice.
A confident communicator at all levels, you will be articulate and capable of drafting routine correspondence and employee documentation.
The ability to undertake directed research, collate data and present findings on HR related topics and projects is essential.
Accuracy, good time management and a positive mindset are key requirements, as is a full UK driving licence.
