UK Lawncare Association Summer Festival, hosted by DLF UK
DLF Inkberrow was delighted to offer the UK Lawncare Association exclusive use of our new Living Catalogue Showcase area for their Summer Festival on 2nd July.
The theme for the day was an outdoor festival atmosphere, allowing members to network informally in our formal garden and lawn areas while enjoying food, drinks, and conversations about grass. Attendees also had the chance to view a range of lawncare machinery and speak with invited Association sponsors, who set up gazebos in our Showcase area, further enhancing the festival feel.
The event received an enthusiastic response from the Association’s membership of independent lawncare companies across the UK. What started as an expected 40–50 attendees quickly grew to over 150 participants on the day. We were delighted to hear numerous positive comments from members about our new Showcase area, and the Association was extremely pleased with how the day turned out.
The event provided an excellent opportunity for DLF to present our recently opened Living Catalogue and Showcase area to a large audience. It also generated new customer sales leads for us, which we are now following up.
Throughout the day, Association members explored our sports pitches, formal landscaped gardens, amenity mixture and cultivar demonstration areas, as well as our wildflower trial plots.
Several warehouse tours proved particularly popular. Visitors enjoyed seeing Titan and gaining insight into how our seed is mixed and bagged before delivery. These tours also allowed DLF to host presentations in our new meeting room, which created a fantastic atmosphere. The modern, clean environment and large presentation screen helped reinforce the professional image we wish to convey to all visitors to DLF Inkberrow.
